Protocol for Problematic Skin
(Do not use B-Active Range if you are allergic to aspirin or have asthma)
Morning:
| Step 1 – Cleanse | Use dime size amount of Sebuwash on face and neck. Rinse with tepid water. |
| Step 2 – Tone | Apply Sebutone. |
| Step 3 – Treat | Apply Sebuspot Gel directly onto blemishes. |
| Step 4 – Vitaminize | Apply 1 dropper full of Sebugel-A to affected area. If acne is a stubborn grade 2 or inflamed grade 3 or 4, then apply Retinol 1 over Sebugel-A. |
| Step 5 – Protect | Apply Sunscreen SPF 25 to face and neck. |
Evening:
| Step 1 – Pre Cleanse | Apply 4 – 5 drops of Sebuprep to face and gently massage for 1 – 2 minutes. Massage dime size amount of Sebumasque (if skin is sensitive, add Sebumasque only 1 – 2 times a week) over Sebuprep for a deep pore cleansing. Rinse with tepid water. |
| Step 2 – Cleanse | Use dime size amount of Sebuwash on face and neck. Rinse with tepid water. |
| Step 3 – Tone | Apply Sebutone. |
| Step 4 – Treat | Apply pea size amount of Alpha Hydroxy Gel to affected areas 3 times a week. |
| Step 5 – Vitaminize | Apply 1 dropper full of Sebugel-A to affected area and Retinol 1 per above directions. |
Options:
- Use AVST Hydrating Exfolient Masque instead of Sebumasque over Sebuprep and gently massage together 1 – 3 times per week for a deep pore cleansing.
- Can also use AVST Hydrating Exfolient Masque or Sebumasque over products at night to further penetrate ingredients. It absorbs excess oil and adds moisture.
- After two months of using Sebugel-A, add a thin layer of AVST 1 or AVST Gel over Sebugel-A.
- Antioxidant Gel and Colostrum Gel can be used as alternative treatment products if skin is very sensitive.
